The access rights are used to give different administrative users access to various aspects of the platform. If you'd like to see the access rights training video, click here, or you can learn more about how to assign or create administrative users here.

 

Content Management Roles

Below are the different access levels that each role gives for manging the content on your website. Note that a Content Manager must be also assigned to a page in order to be able to modify the content on that page. To assign a Content Manager to a specific page, click in this icon assign-page.png.

Back-Office Management Roles

The following roles correspond to each tab in the Back-Office Management. Please note that while the PMI Badge Scanner role is not shown in this table, it exists and its sole purpose is to allow people with this role to scan the badges from the event in with their phone in order to mark those people as having attended the event. You must be logged in to your phone on your chapter website with the account that has the PMI Badget Scanner role in order to be able to complete this operation.

Also note that it is possible that your chapter doesn't have all of the tabs and roles available below. That is because a specific section of the back-office is not enabled for your website. If you'd like to have access to it, please open a ticket and we'll gladly take care of that for you.
