This user's guide is meant to serve as a training center as well as the main source of information for the DRS Platform (Formerly known as the MG2 Platform).

Content Management

Access Rights

The information in this article shows all of the different access roles that exist within the platform and which portion of the platform that they allow you to manage.

Admin Menu

The Admin Menu is for managing administrative users, to see the logs of all actions on your website and to set page redirections.

Blogs

This section allows you to post blogs and news articles, and feature them on your website. You can also schedule them to automatically publish on your website at a later date.

Components

Components are the building blocks of your pages. This section will teach you all that you need to know to display content and customize your pages with components.

This glossary displays a list of all of the available components along with an explanation and suggestions on how the component could be used.

Management Menu

This section covers all of the aspects of the Manage menu which allows you to manage your access rights, website files and the structure of your menu and pages.

Options

Learn how to navigate to the options menu to change your password, log out or view current system information.

Pages

Pages are at the core of any website. Learn how to create a page, modify them and delete them in this section.

Webinars (Catalog)

This section will show you how to add products for sale on your website as well as webinars and how to manage them. The catalog plugin allows the listing and selling of products.

Back-office Management

Accounts Management

This section allows you to manage the accounts on your website. You can filter by members, non-members and many other options. You can edit account information and export them to Excel.

Events Management

Events are a critical portion of the website. Learn how to create and manage your events and event participants in this section of the user's guide.

Event Categories

Each event on your website is stored in a category. This section of the platform allows you to manage those categories and associate a color to them.

Forms Builder

The form builder allows you to create forms to display on your website. You can also set who receives a copy of the form by email and also view the forms' submitted data.

Invoices Management

Each time someone makes a registration or a payment on your website, an invoice is created. In this section, you can learn how to manage these invoices and perform various operations on them.

Jobs Management

The jobs board allows you to post job opportunities to your website. This section will show you how to manage these postings and how to allow visitors to submit job postings.

Newsletter Management

This section is for managing your newsletter templates, contact lists and to send out email campaigns as well as create automated emails.

On-Site Registration

This section of the platform allows you to take in-person registrations to an event. All you need is a laptop or tablet and this process will allow you to take registrations on the spot.

Promo Codes Management

Promo codes allow you to give a fixed or percentage based discount to your events or products. This section will show you how to manage these and apply various rules to them.

Website Styles

While your website has to follow the branding guidelines, we've given you plenty of ways to customize the look and feel, from the colors to the font. This section will show you how to do just that!
